I was initially excited about this resort, but my experience quickly turned sour. The check-in process gave me hope as they seemed nice, but I was eventually taken to a poorly maintained room across a busy road, lacking air conditioning in the sweltering heat. While the beach side of the resort looked beautiful, my stay was marred by rude staff treatment and numerous room issues that made it hard to enjoy my time here.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The initial reception was impressive, and the pool area was lovely. However, my room was across a busy road and felt run down compared to others. While the beach access was a plus, it was quite dirty and small, and the restaurant prices were high for what was offered.

I had a great experience at Samui Mermaid Resort, which is a fantastic stopover when traveling to Koh Tao or Koh Phangan. The rooms are recently refurbished and simply luxurious, making it good value for money. It's conveniently located near the beach and has a delightful pool, but the beach itself isn't the most stunning on the island.
